Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ARFL REALTY FIRST (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through bandrabay-godrej.com (the “website”). We are an independent property advisor. We are not Godrej Properties Limited, Roshni Developers & Realtors Private Limited or RC Group, and this is not their website.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, mobile / WhatsApp number with country code, email address (optional), the residence you are interested in, and the type of request (for example price sheet, brochure or site visit).
- Visit details: the page you used, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or ad click IDs), the referring website, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address used only for spam protection.
- Cookies: analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) are used only if they are switched on for this website and you click “Accept” on the cookie notice.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the project information you asked for by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To arrange a site visit or meeting, if you ask for one.
- To understand which campaigns bring enquiries, using campaign tags. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Google Analytics.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6).
3. Who we share it with
- The project developer: if you ask for a site visit, booking or EOI, we may share your name and contact details with the developer or its sales team to register you as our client.
- Service providers: our website host (Hostinger) and email provider (Google), who process data for us.
- Advertising and analytics platforms: only if you accept cookies, and only non-identifying event data.
- Authorities: where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
5. Security
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a location that is not publicly accessible. Notification emails are sent over an authenticated, encrypted connection. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you (withdraw consent).
To do this, or to raise a complaint, write to our grievance contact at info@arfl.in with the subject “Privacy request – Bandra Bay”. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Calls and messages
By submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you about this project by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email, even if your number is on the National Do Not Call register. You can ask us to stop at any time.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
